BREAK RULES & PROCEDURES

HOW OUR BREAKS WORK
All breaks are streamed live on our official platforms.
Break results are final and determined during the live stream.

Random team assignments and draft orders are generated using Random.org or a comparable randomization tool.
Breaks never continue off-stream under any circumstances.

BREAK SPOTS ARE SERVICES
Break spots are sold as services, not physical products.
Once purchased, break spots are 100% non-refundable.
If Diamond Fire Cards LLC cancels a break, a full refund will be issued.

TEAM RANDOMIZATION
For random-team breaks, teams are randomized live using industry-standard procedures.
Customers will receive the team they are assigned during the live randomization process.
All randomizations are final.

WHAT SHIPS
Unless a break is explicitly marked as “hit-only,” the following applies:

• All autographs ship

• All numbered cards ship

• All rookies ship

• All inserts ship

• All hits ship

• Base cards may ship depending on the break description

If a break is labeled as “hit-only” or “no-base,” this will be clearly stated in the product description.

STREAM ISSUES OR DISCONNECTS
If a stream freezes, drops, or disconnects, the break will pause immediately and resume only when the stream reconnects.
No break will continue off-camera.

All breaks are recorded and can be reviewed if needed.

PACKAGING & PROTECTION
Cards are handled with care and protected using:

• Penny sleeves

• Top loaders

• Team bags

• Bubble mailers

• Secure shipping boxes when needed

Slabs and high-value cards receive additional protective packaging.

MULTIPLE SPOTS
If you purchase multiple spots, you will receive multiple randomized team assignments.
Hits for all teams you own will ship together in one package.

NO GUARANTEE OF HITS
Breaks are a form of entertainment and contain an element of chance.
Diamond Fire Cards LLC does not guarantee specific hits, players, teams, or card values.
