BREAK SPOTS & LIVE BREAKS
By purchasing a break spot, you acknowledge the following:

  • Break spots are services, not physical goods

  • All break results are final

  • Team assignments in random-team breaks are determined live using Random.org

  • There are no guarantees of specific hits, players, or card values

  • Break spots are non-refundable

If a break is canceled by Diamond Fire Cards LLC, buyers will receive a full refund.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Physical items are shipped using USPS or UPS.
Break hits are shipped after sorting is complete.
Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume and holidays.

Once the carrier scans a package, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost items.

PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
We accept payments through secure third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal.

Diamond Fire Cards LLC does not store or have access to your full payment details.

NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds on:
