SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders for physical products (singles, slabs, boxes, supplies) are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days for standard orders

  • 1–3 business days for break hits after the break concludes

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.

BREAK SPOTS & SHIPPING
Break spots are sold as services and do not include shipping at checkout.
Your cards will ship after the break is completed, sorted, and packaged.

Shipping fees for break hits are automatically applied during the fulfillment process based on:

  • Weight

  • Carrier rates

  • Destination

Break hits are shipped together when possible to save you money.

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground / Ground Saver

The carrier used depends on weight, size, value, and shipping location.

SHIPPING RATES (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and your delivery address.
This ensures accurate, fair pricing based on:

  • Raw cards

  • Slabs

  • Blasters

  • Hobby boxes

  • Multiple-item orders

Break spots do not trigger shipping fees at checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION
All shipments include tracking.
Tracking numbers are sent automatically to your email once the order is shipped.

PACKAGING & PROTECTION
We pack all cards with care using:

  • Penny sleeves

  • Top loaders

  • Team bags

  • Bubble mailers

  • Secure shipping boxes

  • Additional protection for slabs and high-value cards

DELIVERY ISSUES
Once a package is scanned by USPS or UPS, Diamond Fire Cards LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged items during transit

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

We will correct any issue caused by our error.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available on select orders.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
