REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of trading cards, collectibles, and break-based services, Diamond Fire Cards LLC does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products or services.

NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on:

  • Break spots

  • Singles

  • Slabs (graded cards)

  • Sealed hobby boxes

  • Blaster boxes

  • Packs

  • Mystery products

  • Preorders

  • Any opened or unopened trading card items

All purchases are final once the order is submitted.

BREAK SPOTS (SERVICES)
Break spots are considered services and are 100% non-refundable.
All breaks are streamed live and randomized using standard industry procedures.

Once a break spot is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason, unless Diamond Fire Cards LLC cancels the break.

If we cancel a break, you will receive a full refund.

SEALED PRODUCT POLICY
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sealed trading card products under any circumstances, including:

  • Changing your mind

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Market price changes

  • Dissatisfaction with the cards pulled

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The item itself

We will assist with a carrier claim (USPS/UPS) or correct the issue if it was our error.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package is scanned by USPS or UPS, Diamond Fire Cards LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery.
We will help you file a claim where applicable.
